We took a day trip to Lake Tahoe this weekend. Grama, Aunt Wendi, Uncle Matt and I took Layla up for the day and we had so much fun. We made a stop at one of our favorite beaches so that I could dip Layla in the water. The second her feet touched the water she screamed like I had never heard her scream before. I guess the water was just a little too cold for her. Don't worry I warmed her little tootsies right up.
The moment we parked at the beach Layla had an explosion in her diaper. I don't think I've ever seen so much poop in one diaper! Well, it leaked out and got all over the onesie she was wearing. When I looked in the diaper bag for another one, I realized that I had no more left in it! She had to run around in her diaper until we could buy her another one. Finally my mom and brother found one at Raley's in South Lake. It was a 6 mo size and it drowned her! It looked so cute though.
Then we went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Harvey's Casino on the Nevada side. We all had some good food and Layla really enjoyed the lights and sounds in the casino. There was so much going on and she just didn't know which lights to stay focused on!
